Mike Dowson's own account of meeting Esther adds color to her story. He wrote on Instagram that he encountered her when she was only 16, window shopping at GUM, the shopping mall on Red Square in Moscow. She wore the tightest T-shirt imaginable, braless, with pink shorts, and was sucking a lollipop. When Mike approached her, she asked him to buy her an ice cream. He described her as one of the most eccentric people he has ever met, completely oblivious and unaffected by the attention she received. He once took her into Rosie O'Grady's, an Irish pub in Moscow, and the moment they walked through the door, the entire place went quiet. All eyes were on Esther.

Physically, Esther stands 5'7" tall and weighs 120 lbs, with a slim build. She has auburn hair and blue eyes, and her measurements are 38–24–35. Her bra size is 34DD, and her breasts are enhanced. She identifies as straight and of Caucasian ethnicity. In her modeling, she performed solo scenes with nudity limited to topless only.
