Eri Imai

Eri Imai, born January 26, 1971, in Yawata, Kyoto, Japan, is a Japanese former actress, gravure idol, and model. Her career began in April 1994 when she won the Shape Up Girl Audition Grand Prix, after which she appeared alongside three other models under the Shape Up Girl name. During the 1990s, she made numerous appearances on television, in film, v-cinema, photobooks, and on stage. She was active from 1994 to 2008, a span of 14 years. In October 2009, Imai and her husband, actor Yūjin Nomura, announced the birth of their first child, a son. That same year, she appeared in the Shape-Up Girl calendar with her fellow alumni, and she returned for it the following year. Standing 5'6" with measurements of 35-23-34, she maintains a classic silhouette. Her career highlights include a Grand Prix win and a lasting presence in Japanese entertainment.
