Emma Roberts

Emma Roberts, born February 10, 1991, in Rhinebeck, New York, is an American actress, influencer, and musician. She is the niece of actress Julia Roberts and the daughter of actor Eric Roberts. Her parents divorced when she was seven months old, and she spent part of her childhood on the sets of her aunt Julia's films, which sparked her desire to act. She is of English, Scottish, Irish, Welsh, German, and Swedish descent.

Roberts made her acting debut at age nine in the 2001 film Blow, playing Kristina Jung. She then starred as Addie Singer in the Nickelodeon sitcom Unfabulous (2004–2007), which led to a music career; her debut album Unfabulous and More was released in 2005. She appeared in films such as Aquamarine, Nancy Drew, Wild Child, and We're the Millers. In television, she is known for roles in American Horror Story, Scream Queens, and other series. She moved into producing with projects like Abandoned.

Roberts has been a brand ambassador for Neutrogena and launched the Belletrist book club on Instagram. She attended Sarah Lawrence College briefly and has been involved in social causes, including a Human Rights Campaign video. Her personal life has included relationships with Evan Peters and Garrett Hedlund, with whom she has a son born in December 2020. As of 2024, she has over 20 million Instagram followers.
