Ellie Goulding

Ellie's rise to fame was swift. In 2010, she won the BBC Sound of 2010 poll and the Critics' Choice Award at the Brit Awards, becoming the second artist ever to win both in the same year. Her debut album, "Lights", hit number one on the UK Albums Chart and number six in Ireland, and sold over 850,000 copies in the UK and 1.6 million worldwide as of June 2012. She later opened for Katy Perry's California Dreams Tour in 2011, replacing Jessie J. after a foot injury.

Her second album, "Halcyon", arrived in October 2012, and its repackaged edition, "Halcyon Days", came out in August 2013. The re-release included "Burn", which became her first UK number one single. In 2015, "Love Me Like You Do", from the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack, became her biggest hit, topping the UK Singles Chart for four weeks, reaching number three on the US Billboard Hot 100, and breaking streaming records. The song earned a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Solo Performance.

Ellie's personal life has been equally eventful. She married Caspar Jopling at York Minster in August 2019, having been baptized in the Church of England to do so. The couple's son was born in April 2021, but they announced their separation in February 2024. She later began dating American actor Beau Minniear, who appeared in her music video for "Destiny" (2025). In December 2025, she revealed she was expecting their child, and their daughter was born on 6 March 2026.

Beyond music, Ellie is a public figure across social media. As of April 2024, she had amassed 13.2 million followers on Instagram, 1.5 million on TikTok, and 12.8 million subscribers on YouTube. She's also listed as an actress and influencer, and identifies as bisexual. Her measurements are 35–26–37, with a C cup and natural breasts. Her career spans nearly two decades, and she continues to evolve. She's a Grammy-nominated artist with a distinctive voice and a fan base that spans the globe.
