Elani Nassif

Lebanese-born Elani Nassif began her career in front of the camera, appearing in a handful of adult scenes and photos. She is of Middle Eastern ethnicity, with black hair, brown eyes, and an average build, and she has always been open about her natural figure.

After leaving the adult industry, she turned to activism and politics. She went on to work with UNAIDS, where she focuses on helping people living with AIDS. Her work there has made a real difference, moving initiatives forward that directly improve lives. Today, she is known less for her past and more for her current dedication to public health and advocacy. She is a Lebanese activist who brings practical change to a field that is often overlooked.
