Donna Michelle

Donna Michelle, born Donna Michelle Fick on December 8, 1945, in Los Angeles, California, was one of the youngest Playmates ever, shot at 17 but published at 18. She became Playboy's Playmate of the Year in 1964, still a record for her age. An accomplished woman, Donna was a piano prodigy, a drama-contest winner, and a ballerina with the New York City Ballet, performing in a field far from the camera's flash. She studied Russian ballet for seven years and acted in movie parts as a child. Her ambitions leaned toward legitimate theater. She was American and of Russian, Swedish, and German descent. Donna passed away on April 9, 2004, in Ukiah, California, at 58, after suffering a heart attack in a supermarket. Her career spanned 40 years, from 1963 to 2003.
