Biography
About Dolores Faith
Dolores Faith was an American actress with a brief but notable career in the 1960s. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was of Italian and Hungarian descent, with natural blonde hair that she dyed black to suit her olive skin. At age four, she lost her hearing in an accident, but it returned at age eight. Before acting, she worked as a model and dance instructor, and in 1959, she received a screen test from Warner Bros., though she wasn't hired because she resembled Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly. She became a Hollywood Deb star in 1962 and appeared in Life magazine in 1963. Her career lasted from 1961 to 1972. She retired from acting after her marriage, and she passed away on February 25, 1990. Interestingly, a 2006 book falsely identified her as alive.
