Dina Al-Sabah

Dina Al-Sabah is a former fitness model and professional figure competitor. She was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and is of Kuwaiti, Syrian, and Lebanese nationality, with Middle Eastern ethnicity. Her competitive career spanned from 1999 to 2011, a 12-year run that began when she was around 25 years old. She stands 5'5" tall, with a muscular build and a 34–22–34 figure. Her hair and eyes are brown. She is 52 years old today.

Al-Sabah's most notable achievement came in 2006, when she became the only female Arab athlete to earn a pro card. She also made history as the first female Arab athlete to compete on the Olympia stage. Her dedication to the sport helped pave the way for others in the region. She remains a pioneering figure in Arab bodybuilding and fitness.
