With long dark hair, almond-shaped eyes, full lips, and a toned yet voluptuous figure, she possessed an exotic look that blended sensuality with athleticism. Standing 5'2" with measurements of 35-24-36, her natural DD-cup breasts and narrow waist made her a striking presence on screen. She was a Black American adult model and porn star, active from 1973 to 1984, and she became known as one of the first black performers in the adult industry during the Golden Age of Porn.

Born on August 25, 1954, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she began her career around age 18. She used numerous stage names, including Desiree West, Patricia Lee, and Pat Lee. Over an 11-year career, she appeared in more than 170 films and scenes, working with studios such as Essex Video/Electric Hollywood and Caballero Home Video. Her performances were versatile, encompassing solo, girl-girl, and boy-girl scenes. She married in the mid-1990s and moved to North Carolina, where she later pursued a real estate career.
