About Denitsa Ikonomova
Bulgarian dancer and reality TV star Denitsa Ikonomova was born on January 18, 1987, in Kyustendil, Bulgaria. She began her career as a ballet dancer and later competed on "So You Think You Can Dance" in Canada in 2011, reaching the semifinals. With her dance partner Christian Millette, she was crowned Bulgarian champion in standard, Latin, and ten-part dance.
Starting in 2012, she appeared on the French show "Danse avec les Stars" on TF1, where she won four seasons with partners Rayane Bensetti, Loïc Nottet, Laurent Maistret, and Clément Rémiens. In 2021, she joined the jury and announced her departure the following year. She is associated with dancers including Candice Pascal, Fauve Hautot, and Katrina Patchett.
