Debra Jo Fondren

After her Playmate years, Debra moved into acting. She made guest appearances on TV shows like Mork & Mindy, Fantasy Island, The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, and Knots Landing. She also had a small part in the movie Vasectomy: A Delicate Matter and a more substantial co-starring role in the action picture Spitfire. In addition to her on-screen work, she served as casting director and second assistant director on the low-budget drama The Last Road. Debra also acted in stage productions of plays such as Bus Stop, M.A.S.H., Play It Again, Sam, and Death Takes a Holiday. She continued to model and appeared in Playboy videos throughout the early to mid-90s, sporting shoulder-length red hair in those appearances.

Around the early 80s, Debra became a born-again Christian, and in 2004 she stopped participating in Playboy promotions because she felt they placed too much emphasis on sex. She later worked as a registered nurse at various hospitals in the Los Angeles area. Today, she lives in Beaumont, Texas, and works as an instructor at the Southwest Texas Career Institute. Her career path took her from waitressing to modeling to nursing, a journey she navigated with variety. She was active in the industry for 17 years. Now 71, she has retired from the spotlight. Her nationality is American. Her body type is slim.
