About Deborah Moore
With an athletic build and natural curves, Deborah Moore has forged a path that bridges endurance athletics and strength coaching. The Toronto-based Canadian, born in Ontario in 1969, is a former CrossFit athlete and a mixed-race woman of primarily Asian descent. She began her fitness career later in life, starting around age 51 in 2020, yet has already made a significant mark.
Before pivoting to strength training, Deborah spent over two decades as a high-performance endurance athlete. She is a five-time Ironman finisher, having completed the Hawaii Ironman World Championships twice. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, she now competes in the CrossFit Masters division.
