Debbi Peterson

Debbi Peterson is best known as the drummer of The Bangles, the band behind hits like "Walk Like an Egyptian." Born in Los Angeles on August 22, 1961, she is American and of Caucasian ethnicity. She is the younger sister of fellow Bangles member Vicki Peterson. Debbi sang lead vocals on two of the band's singles: "Going Down to Liverpool" (1984) and "Be with You" (1989).

Her musical journey began in high school, where she formed her first band. After The Bangles separated in 1990, she pursued a solo career. In 1992, she collaborated with Siobhan Maher, formerly of River City People, to form the short-lived duo Kindred Spirit. She has been active in music since 1982, tallying over four decades of experience. Debbi stands 5'9" with a slim build, blonde hair, and blue eyes. Her Instagram following numbers around 3,000.
