About Dagmar Lassander
Slim, at 5'8", with long red hair and intense green eyes, Dagmar Lassander was born on June 16, 1943, in Prague, Czech Republic. Of German nationality, she is the daughter of a German-Chilean and a Frenchman. She began her career as a costume designer, working at the Deutsche Oper in West Berlin.
From 1969, she became known in international cinema, especially Italian productions, often playing the lascivious seductress. Throughout the seventies and eighties, she worked frequently as a leading actress in erotic, detective, and horror films. Her natural figure and full nudity in solo scenes marked her work. She remains a memorable figure of that era.
