Casey James

Casey began her professional life as a nanny in Nashville, Tennessee, after high school. In her 20s, she briefly pursued a career as a beautician but gave it up because she didn't want to hear women "bitch all day long." She entered exotic dancing in the early 1990s under the stage name Jesse James, and got breast implants to follow a trend she noticed among dancers. By 1994, she was modeling for D-Cup and Bust Out! magazines. Two years later, she adopted the stage name Casey James and became a centerfold for Scoreland, a Miami-based magazine. Her work with Score included videos and photo spreads until August 2003.

During her time with Score, Casey maintained an official website, which she later shut down to focus on her iFriends venture. In 2005, she appeared on the Maury Povich Show with her boyfriend Hector. She also made television appearances in Germany. After a break, she returned to modeling in 2011, posing for nude videos for BoobTrifecta.com, a site featuring classic big-bust centerfolds. With Casey entering her mid-40s, she partnered with friend SaRenna Lee. In 2013, they co-founded SarCas Productions from Lee's home in Jacksonville, Florida, producing nude videos featuring themselves and other big-bust models and porn stars. Casey is bisexual and identifies as Caucasian. Her breasts are fake, and she wears a K cup, a size that has been a signature part of her look throughout her career.
