Cara Wakelin

Cara Wakelin was born on February 8, 1977, in Melbourne, Australia. She grew up as a triplet, with one sibling tragically passing away, and was raised by her single mother in Toronto, Canada. She attended Etobicoke School of the Arts and later McMaster University. Despite being shy and introverted, she pursued modeling after seeing a Playboy advertisement in her final year of school.

Her career took off when she auditioned for Playboy's "Millennium Playmate" search in 1998, with her mother's full support. After a test shoot, she was selected as Playmate of the Month for November 1999. Hugh Hefner placed her on the cover of the Canadian Playboy edition wearing a hockey jersey, and the issue sold out within two weeks across Canada. She appeared on covers in Greece, Italy, and Poland, among others, and was Playmate of the Month in several international editions.

Wakelin modeled for brands like Coca-Cola, Miller Brewing Company, and Budweiser. She acted in Death to Smoochy (2002) and Relic Hunter. She also appeared on The Howard Stern Show in 2004 and in the Playmates at Play calendar in 2005. She retired in 2010, having posed for 7 covers and 7 photosets. Today she divides her time between Los Angeles and Toronto. There is no public record of her being married or having children. She is 5'5" with a slim build and hazel eyes.
