About Bri Marshall
Athletic and blonde, Bri Marshall is a bodybuilder, fitness model, and former football player from the United States. She is American and Caucasian, with blonde hair and an athletic body type. Bri holds an IFBB Pro Figure title and works as a personal trainer, competition prep coach, and lifestyle coach.
Bri's path to bodybuilding began after she faced serious health challenges. As a former Division 1 soccer player, she started playing at age 3, but after her fourth concussion in high school, she endured months of therapy. Doctors cleared her to play, and she reported to The Citadel Military College of South Carolina. During "Hell Week," her concussion symptoms returned, and doctors ordered her to stop contact sports due to life-threatening risks. Depression and weight gain followed.
Determined to change, Bri dropped the extra weight and transitioned into bodybuilding. She competed at novice level figure in 2018, moved to open figure in 2019, and won her IFBB Pro Figure card at the 2020 JR USA Bodybuilding Championships. At that event, she competed in wellness, figure, and women's physique, winning her class in both figure and women's physique. She now uses her social media influence to inspire healthier choices, and she values being a positive role model in the health and fitness community.
