The couple wed at Le Cirque restaurant in New York City on October 3, 2008, with actor Mark Consuelos officiating. They primarily reside in Southampton on Long Island, with additional homes in Manhattan and Palm Beach, Florida.

Beth has dedicated "foster rooms" in all three residences for cats and kittens awaiting permanent homes, a project she began in 2013.
