Ava Fabian

Ava Fabian made history in 1986 as Playboy Playmate of the Month for August, and in 2002 she became one of only five Playmates selected to be a Playboy Doll, a limited edition set with anatomically correct proportions and soft plastic skin. That distinction remains one of her most recognized achievements. As an actress, she appeared in the 1991 movie Ski School, where she went topless while playing the character Victoria. The film includes a softcore scene where she is depicted in vaginal intercourse in the missionary position with Johnny, played by Tom Bresnahan, followed by another scene in a chair in the cowgirl position.
