Her filmography includes notable titles like "Big Tits at Work 14" and "The Addams Family XXX." She performs in a range of scenes, from solo and girl-girl to boy-girl and special categories. Ava identifies as bisexual, and her on-screen work reflects her versatility. She has received multiple award nominations, including AVN's MILF/Cougar Performer of the Year from 2012 to 2016.
Physically, Ava stands at 5'3" with an average body type and measurements of 38-24-36. She has real breasts, which were later enhanced with implants in June 2012 after losing fullness post-childbirth. Her tattoos include "La Vie En Rose" on her lower left abdomen, a four-leaf clover on her pubic area, and a red rose on her right ankle. She previously had a nostril piercing but removed it. Ava announced her retirement from porn in 2020 but continues to engage with fans through social media and her OnlyFans platform.
