Alyssa's entertainment career began when she was just four years old, when her mother uploaded a video of her singing a cover song on YouTube in 2012. That early clip led to a viral performance of Humood Alkhuder's "Kun Anta" on ukulele, which catapulted her to fame. She made her first television appearance on Astro Cheerful's show Cheerful All-Star at age seven, and in 2018, she was listed as a participant in Cheerful Megastar. She also appeared on the children's show Chiki Boom on Radio Television Malaysia (RTM).

Her acting debut came in the drama "Broken Wing," and she played a leukemia patient named Zai in the telefilm "Ana Mother's Son" alongside Princess Balqis. As a singer, Alyssa released the single "Lagu Untuk Kamu" in November 2019 under Xeno Music, which earned 63 million views and 910,000 likes on YouTube, setting a record as the most-viewed video on YouTube Malaysia. Her other songs include "Ma dan Pa," "Bintang," and "Duniaku." She is also skilled at playing the guitar, ukulele, and violin.

With over 11 years of active career experience and a YouTube following of 3 million, Alyssa has become one of Malaysia's most prominent young internet personalities. Her YouTube channel, which has amassed over 300 million total views, is her primary source of income. During Malaysia's COVID-19 Movement Control Order, her channel saw the highest number of new subscriptions, and she ranked 9th on YouTube Malaysia's Top 10 chart, a record for a Malaysian celebrity. She also has an Instagram following of 2.2 million. In November 2018, she was hospitalized for five days due to appendicitis, and she took a break from filming to recover. Alyssa purchased a Toyota Vellfire MPV for RM250,000, using her income from YouTube. She continues to perform and create content, delighting fans in Malaysia and beyond.
