Biography
About Ari Waveya
A slim 5'5" South Korean performer, Ari Waveya is best known as the older sister and co-founder of the dance duo WAVEYA. Born on Sunday 12th of November 1989 in Seoul, Republic of Korea, she has spent 20 years active in the industry, starting around age 16. With a ribbon tattoo on her lower back waist and a cat-face tattoo on her right shoulder, her look is as distinctive as her career path.
Alongside her sister MiU, Ari helped build WAVEYA from a dance team into a global online sensation. Their YouTube channel, waveya2011, launched in 2011 and quickly gained traction with erotic covers of K-pop and pop hits, including a highly viewed "Gangnam Style" performance. The channel has since amassed over 3.7 million subscribers and more than 1.5 billion total views.
Over time, WAVEYA shifted from dance covers to more explicit content, a direction fans have labeled the "Slut Evolution." This phase features twerking, ass-clapping, erotic sister-play, pole dancing, and performances in lingerie, bikinis, and fetish-styled costumes. Ari has maintained a steady presence across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, supplementing ad revenue with 18+ material on MemberMe and Patreon. Her blend of a thick body and sultry looks has kept her popular among fans.
