About Arden Cho
Arden Cho is an American actress, model, and musician with a career spanning over two decades. She is best known for playing Kira Yukimura on Teen Wolf and voicing Rumi in KPop Demon Hunters. She also starred in the 2011 film Mega Python vs. Gatoroid. As a model, she worked mainly in Asia and released an EP, My True Happy, in 2013. Born in Amarillo, Texas, to Korean-American parents, she spent most of her childhood in Dallas and her late teenage years in Minnesota. She attended Apple Valley High School and was a highly involved student, participating in dance, martial arts, sports, and music. At the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, she majored in psychology and, for the first time, connected with her Asian American background. It was there she took her first drama classes and discovered her passion for acting, noting that theater was the first time she felt she could open up and be someone she could only imagine to be.
Cho's early life was marked by hardship. As a child, she was often bullied and was hospitalized twice after being physically attacked. She recalled having two teeth knocked out, a chipped tooth, and a face that was cut up, taking six months to fully recover. Growing up in areas with few ethnic minorities, she felt like an outsider. These experiences shaped her resilience and later informed her work. At 40 years old, she stands 5'4" with a slim build and natural 32A bust. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Her measurements are 33–25–34. She maintains an active presence on social media, with over three million followers on Instagram. Her career began in 2004 when she was around 18, and she has been active for 22 years. With a diverse portfolio across acting, modeling, and music, Cho continues to be a recognizable figure in entertainment.
