April Grantham

April entered the adult industry in 2014, around the age of 18. Over her seven-year career, she performed solo and boy-girl scenes, and appeared in 41 covers, 18 photosets, and 23 videos for companies including Femjoy, Zishy, Voyeur Web, North By Noah, and Cosmid. A Cosmid biography from that time describes her as initially shy but enthusiastic about her work, noting her "amazingly shy" demeanor and her appreciation for the shoots and videos. The same bio reports she was a college student using modeling to help fund her education and praises her as having "some of the prettiest eyes" and a figure that could pass for a runway model.

April retired from the industry in 2021. She is straight and identifies with an average build. She has been described as having a well-proportioned body. While she is no longer active in adult content creation, she maintains an online presence under other names. Her career began when she was young, and she completed a seven-year run before stepping away. Now, at 30 years old, she looks back on a career that spanned multiple platforms and included both solo and partnered work. She is a former adult model and former porn star, and she is of Caucasian ethnicity. That's a brief summary of her professional history.
