Anouk Hoogendijk is a retired Dutch professional footballer known for her versatility as a midfielder or defender. She was born on 6 May 1985 in Woerden, Netherlands, and grew up in Mijdrecht. During a 13-year career from 2004 to 2017, she played for Ajax and Bristol Academy Women, the latter in the inaugural 2011 FA WSL campaign. Anouk earned over 100 caps for the Dutch national team, representing her country at one FIFA Women's World Cup and two UEFA Women's Euro tournaments. She began her professional journey at around 19 years old. Now 41, Anouk stands at 5'7" with an athletic build, blonde hair, and green eyes. She is a mother of two sons, Sonny Otto and Jip, born in October 2020 and later, respectively, with her partner Pieter Lodewijk Verhoeven. Her nickname is Noukie.
