Annie Parker

Annie Parker presents a striking athletic build, with blonde hair and brown eyes that frame a confident 5'4" frame. As an IFBB Bikini Pro and fitness trainer, she combines a tight 32C waist with a sculpted physique that clearly reflects decades of dedication. Her journey started early; at age three, she insisted on a Barbie workout video with leggings and dumbbells, a story her mother still tells. Years later, that early spark turned into a career when she won three NPC Bikini Championships. But her path wasn't a straight line. After college, she worked in pharmaceutical sales, though she found no passion there and left to pursue fitness full-time. She later earned a Masters Degree in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, and she's practiced as a nutritionist since. Now, at 45, Annie shares her expertise through appearances on websites and blogs, speaking on health and nutrition topics. She remains active in the fitness community, counting fellow guru Mona Muresan among her friends. Her story shows that a love for fitness can start young, but it's never too late to follow it.
