Italian actress Anna Galiena was born in Rome on December 22, 1954. She showed an early passion for acting, performing in a parish play at age four and studying dance at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome. At twelve, her father forbade her acting, and she later abandoned university studies to join a bohemian group in Ciociaria. In 1976, she moved to Toronto, where she worked as a presenter on an Italian-Canadian TV show.
Anna has been active in the entertainment industry since 1959, and her career includes a lead role in Tinto Brass's erotic film Senso '45.
