Angie Cepeda

Angie Cepeda, born Angélica María Cepeda Jiménez on August 2, 1974, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, is a Colombian actress. She was raised in Barranquilla after her parents divorced, living with her mother and two older sisters, one of whom is actress Lorna Paz. Discovering her vocation in drama, she moved to Bogotá, where she began drama courses and was soon contracted by a beer company for advertisements. Her early career included bit parts in Colombian soap operas and movies.

Cepeda gained recognition with a role in the soap opera Las Juanas, opposite Susana Torres, which caught the attention of TV producers. She went on to star in prime time shows such as Luz Maria (1998), co-starring Christian Meier and Rosalinda Serfaty, and Pobre Diabla (2000), opposite Salvador del Solar and Santiago Magill. In film, Peruvian director Francisco Lombardi cast her as a prostitute called 'La Colombiana' in Pantaleón y las Visitadoras (released in English as Captain Pantoja and the Special Services).

At 51, she stands 5'7" with a slim build and natural 34D bust. She has black hair, brown eyes, and no tattoos or piercings. Her measurements are 34–24–34. She has a large Instagram following of 532k. Cepeda had a long-term relationship with singer Diego Torres. She is known by the hashtag #costeña.
