Ana's journey into fitness began early. At 16, she took up kickboxing, but her small size kept her from competing. That setback led her to the gym, where she gravitated toward weight lifting while her female peers focused on staying fit. Her muscular look drew mockery from classmates, but she stayed true to her passion. After high school, she skipped college and poured her energy into training, concentrating on her hamstrings, glutes, and calves. It took a decade of dedication before she felt competition-ready, and in 2009 she debuted at the Ms Rio show, winning her first event. The following year, she entered IFBB competition in the Physique category and earned her Pro Card, cementing her status as a professional athlete.

Her online presence grew alongside her athletic success. Fans worldwide began following her for training insights, but she has kept her routines private, noting that she adapts them based on her body's needs. Instead, she opened her own school, where she teaches men and women about exercise and healthy eating tailored to individual requirements. Outside of work, Ana's primary hobby is exercising, but she also enjoys travel and luxury, often staying in five-star hotels, always ensuring they have a gym. She loves the outdoors and being in water, preferring pools over natural bodies. As of February 2025, her Instagram following stood at 3.9 million, and she had 13,300 YouTube subscribers.
