Ami Cusack, born on Thursday 25th of January 1973 in Lakewood, Colorado, is an American model and reality TV star. With her blonde hair and slim 5'9" frame, she stands out in both her professions. Her measurements are 34–25–34 and she wears a 34C bra cup, with enhanced breasts. Cusack is openly bisexual and identifies as Caucasian.

Cusack first gained fame on the reality show Survivor. In her first season, she led a majority all-female voting bloc. Despite her apparent safety, she became the 13th contestant voted out and the fourth jury member when her alliance turned on her. Even though she was betrayed by finalist Twila Tanner, Cusack still voted for Tanner to win the $1 million prize and the title of Sole Survivor over eventual winner Chris Daugherty.

She later appeared on Survivor: Micronesia — Fans vs. Favorites, which began airing on February 7, 2008. She was one of ten returning favorites on the Malakal tribe. Before the season, Jeff Probst commented, "Ami will betray you; she'll do whatever it takes to get deeper in the game." Cusack was the eighth contestant voted out that season. Her Survivor appearances highlight a competitive and strategic side to her personality.
