Amber Seyer is an American model and beauty pageant contestant who has spent more than two decades competing at the highest levels of the pageant world. Born in Oran, Missouri, she first entered the national spotlight as a teenager, taking the Miss Missouri Teen USA crown in November 2002 on her very first attempt. That same year, she was named the 2002 Cotton Carnival queen in Sikeston, Missouri. Her early success continued when she represented Missouri at Miss Teen USA 2003, broadcast live from Palm Springs, California, in August 2003, though she did not place in that competition.

Seyer returned to pageantry in October 2006 and won the Miss Missouri USA title, also on her first try, additionally earning the Miss Congeniality and interview awards. Her victory made her the sixth former Miss Teen USA delegate to win the Miss Missouri USA crown, and she was the fifth former Missouri teen to accomplish that feat. She also became the fourth delegate from Miss Teen USA 2003 to win a Miss USA state title. Representing Missouri at Miss USA 2007, broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood on March 23, 2007, she placed in the top 10, with her swimsuit score of 8.400 and evening gown score of 8.032 ranking 9th and 10th respectively, landing her 10th overall. Before the pageant, she was one of three delegates selected to appear on a special episode of the NBC game show Identity.

Alongside her pageant career, Seyer has a background that includes a stint as a pig farmer, a detail revealed during her time in the spotlight.
