About Ally Mac Tyana
French actress Ally Mac Tyana, born in Vitry-sur-Seine, Ile-de-France, on June 27, 1982, began her career in the adult film industry in 2001. She is of mixed-race heritage, with a Malagasy mother and a French father. She was active for only two years, appearing in five films, some of which were released in 2002. Her stage name was inspired by the heroine of *Ally McBeal*, due to her slim build, and her middle name, Malalatiana. In 2003, she adopted the surname Verissimo, marking the end of her adult film career.
Ally transitioned to mainstream acting and television hosting. AB Productions offered her two shows on the XXL channel, and M6 cast her in three erotic films and an episode of the police procedural *Brigade des mineurs*. She made her feature film debut in *La Sirène rouge* and later starred in *Banlieue 13* (District 13), produced by Luc Besson. In May 2006, *Elle* magazine highlighted her as one of seventeen promising actresses. That September, she attended the Venice Film Festival for the screening of *C'est Gradiva qui vous appelle*, where she played Belkis alongside James Wilby and Arielle Dombasle.
In 2008, Ally served as the face of the Milanese fashion brand Piero Guidi for its advertising campaign. She is sometimes credited as Dany Verissimo-Petit. Standing 5'3" with a slim build, she has brown hair, hazel eyes, and a tattoo on her tummy just left of her navel. She also has a nostril piercing.
