Alison Rey stands out for the sheer volume of her work: she has appeared on 716 covers, 132 photosets, and 584 videos for studios like Pure Taboo, Naughty America, ATK Petite, This Year's Model, Twistys, Evil Angel, and Barely Legal, plus her own site, AlisonReyx. Alison is American, originally from Sacramento, California, and now based in Los Angeles. She is 30 years old, petite at 5'2", and slim with a 36D bra cup size.

Her path into adult entertainment was shaped by her upbringing. She was raised Catholic and practiced the religion until college. Always hypersexual, she often talked about sex and was once caught masturbating. Her first lesbian encounter happened on-camera with Cherie DeVille, which was also her first-ever porn scene. Earlier, she loved playing "Truth or Dare" at sleepovers, hoping to kiss the girl she had a crush on.

Before entering the industry, Alison studied psychology and completed her Bachelor of Science while performing. She plans to pursue a career in positive sexual health therapy after leaving the business. In 2022, she enhanced her breasts from a B to a D cup. Alison posts to her OnlyFans account and maintains an Instagram following of 76k. She identifies as bisexual and her scenes include solo, girl/girl, and boy/girl work.
