Alice Schmidt

Alice Schmidt spent fifteen years as a professional runner, a career that began when she was just sixteen. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1981, she competed at a time when American women's distance running was gaining new attention. Her build, slim and suited to endurance, helped her sustain a lengthy career in a demanding sport.

By the time she retired in 2013, she had logged over a decade of competition. Her years active, from 1998 to 2013, show a steady dedication to her craft. Though she no longer races, her path from a young Nebraska athlete to a seasoned competitor remains a notable chapter in her life.

Alice's story is one of quiet persistence. She is American, a former sportswoman, and her brown hair and slim frame are part of the physical profile that defined her athletic years.
