Beyond adult film, Alia Janine pursued multiple careers. She was also an exotic dancer and adult model, and she later became a stand-up comedian. She has 169 performer credits on the International Adult Film Database. She has a range of tattoos, from brass knuckles behind each ear to a scorpion on her lower back, and several piercings, including her tongue and navel. She is straight and has performed solo, girl-girl, and boy-girl scenes, as well as bondage work.
