Biography
About Alexandria Karlsen
Alexandria Karlsen, born October 26, 1978, in Mesa, Arizona, stands out as one of only three models ever to be both a Playboy Playmate and a Penthouse Pet, a feat she achieved after her July 2006 Penthouse Pet of the Month nod, joining Lynn Thomas and Victoria Zdrok. She first gained fame as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for March 1999, with her centerfold shot by Arny Freytag and Stephen Wayda. That year, she also graced the pages of several international Playboy editions, including Spain, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Australia, Russia, and Croatia, each as Playmate of the Month. Over the following three years, she appeared in numerous Playboy videos and special editions, becoming a familiar face in the brand's output. Then, in 2006, she crossed over to Playboy's rival, Penthouse, and was crowned Pet of the Month, a rare double honor.
