About Alex Clark (Podcaster)
Alex Clark is an American influencer, podcaster, and political commentator who has built a career across broadcast radio and digital media. She was born on February 23, 1993, in Indiana and grew up in Floyd County. At 19, she started working in radio, becoming a traffic reporter for WDJX in Louisville, Kentucky, in 2012, and eventually moving up to midday host. In 2016, she appeared on the FOX TV series "Coupled" and later left WDJX to co-host the "Joe & Alex" morning show on WNOW in Indianapolis. She remained in radio until 2019, when she shifted to conservative media as the host of "POPlitics," a Turning Point USA production.
Alex launched her second podcast, "The Spillover," in 2020, which focused on health and wellness. Four years later, in September 2024, she relaunched the show as "Culture Apothecary," a name change that proved successful, as the podcast has regularly ranked in the top 10 for health and wellness on both Apple and Spotify. Beyond podcasting, she has served as a host and speaker at Turning Point USA's Young Women's Leadership Summit and has been involved in the "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) initiative. She now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Alex is a self-described "Swiftie." She has met Taylor Swift multiple times and enjoys sharing that connection. With over 14 years in media, she has made a notable transition from local radio to a national platform. Her brown hair and hazel eyes are a subtle part of her on-air presence. She continues to expand her influence through her podcasts and commentary.
